Ersatz-Ringkarte belgische taube
 

bei einem sportsfreund (anfänger) ist eine belgische taube zugeflogen. da er sie gern mitschicken wollte, braucht er die belgische ersatzringkarte.
frage ; hat hier schon jemand erfahrung.

die iban und swift ist ja angegeben, aber dann steht da :

Delivery duplicate card of a stray pigeon that was not claimed by his owner

The person, having signaled a Belgian stray pigeon and of which the owner does not desire to recover his pigeon, will be able to
introduce a duplicate request while specifying the date back to the signalement and while there transfering the sum of 10 Euros for each asked duplicate.

Transfer the amount on the account of the R.F.C.B. 210-0916117-04
while using the following codes:
IBAN BE 10 2100 9161 1704
SWIFT/BIC: GEBA BE BB
and while mentioning DUPLICATA+N° ring.

The administrative services contact the owner (typical letter) giving him a delay of 3 weeks for eventually (for valid motive) to oppose itself to the delivery of the duplicate and recover his pigeon. If after 3 weeks the owner did not react, the duplicate will be delivered.
