About "Kreatina", there are different opinions too, in Germany.
I can only talk to you, what I do. In the race area my pigeons get
three days a week "Kreatina", in the beginning of the week. It takes the muscles lithely.

The other question about the milk. I think you mean the first milk from the cow after she has born the calf. The milk semmed to be very good for the Immunsystem of the young pigeons. But there is one big disadvantage. If the milk is not very clean and the cow has some bacteria in her udder, the milk can transmid the "E-Coli" infection to
the young pigeons. The "E-Coli" is a sickness with mucous excrement and no appetite and the pigeons lost there weight.
