Rules for participation in the Pigeon Banner Exchange
You accept the following rules and conduct as binding by registering with the Pigeon Banner Exchange. Violations may lead to immediate expulsion from the banner exchange.

The Pigeon Banner Exchange is a free service that is financed by sponsorships and the Internet Pigeon Loft. |

We only accept banners in 468 x 60 pixel format with a size up to 15 kilobytes in gif or jpg format. These may not be transparent but they may be animated. |
|
4 impressions of a member's banner on one's own homepage are credited with 3 impressions of one's own banner. |
|
The code, which you will receive after registration, may only be used in your registered offering. If you have several homepages with different providers, additional registrations are required. |
|
Only one banner of the Pigeon Banner Exchange may be placed on a page of your offering. However, placement on several pages is entirely proper. |
|
Please consider: the more often the Pigeon Banner Exchange code is downloaded, the more often your banner is displayed. |
|
The code may not be altered without our approval. However, the subcode may be altered. |
|
The banner should be placed so that it is highly visible on your homepage. |
|
The banner may be placed together with any other number of banners of various other link exchanges on your pages. It lies entirely within your discretion if you will subject your visitors to several banners at the same time. |
|
We do not accept participants with dubious business practices nor pages with sexually explicit or radical content as members. |
|
Banner advertisement that is considered offensive by our members will be removed. |
|
All member pages will be checked automatically for correct placing of the Pigeon Banner Exchange code and rule conformity of the banners. |
|
Acceptance lies entirely within the discretion of the Pigeon Banner Exchange team. Justifications for non-acceptance will not be provided. |
|
There is no legal claim to acceptance. |
|
Memebers may terminate membership with a short e-mail to us and by removing all banner codes. |
|
We assume no liability for the contents of the Internet pages and advertising banners of our members. |
|
We offer no guarantee for the continuous availability of the Pigeon Banner Exchange server. |
|
We offer no guarantee for the continuous functioning of the Pigeon Banner Exchange script. |
