Start in die Jungtiersaison?!
Nun ist es bald wieder soweit und die Jungen sind an der Reihe. Schon geimpft? Alles ok, Kotproben gemacht? Wie bekomme ich sie an den Himmel, soll ich bald mit dem Anlernen beginnen und wann beende ich das Dunkeln, wann und wie lange kann/muss ich belichten? Auch stellt sich bei frühen Jungtieren die Frage ob ich die Geschlechter trenne oder sie auf ein Nest kommen lasse.
Alles Fragen die den Erfolg auf der Reise beeinflussen können, auch eine Frage wie ich sie gut durch die Mauser bekomme.
Die wichtigste Frage stellt sich mir persönlich in Bezug auf die Zukunft der Jungen. Hier besonders was ich Ihnen für Leistungen abverlangen kann oder will. Ausgerichtet auf den Erfolg als Jungtier oder gut angelernt und ohne große Belastung für die Reise als Jährige vorbereitet.
Schaue ich mir an wie die Jährigen gegen die Alten zur Zeit abschneiden, stellt sich mir die Frage ob diese bereits als Jungtiere zu "hart" gefordert wurden und bereits auf den ersten Flügen der laufenden Saison zu früh, zu schnell zu weit fliegen müssen!? Über Erfahrungen diesbezüglich, Anregungen und Vorgehensweisen lässt sich diskutieren!
Immer die Zukunft (m)eines Schlages im Hinterkopf sollte es doch klare Vorstellungen geben!

Start in the young animal season?
Now it's time again and it's time for the boys. Already vaccinated? Everything ok, Kotproben done? How do I get them to the sky, should I start learning soon and when do I finish the dark, when and how long can / must I expose? Also arises in early kittens the question of whether I separate the sexes or let them come to a nest.
All questions that can influence the success on the trip, also a question how I get them well through the moult.
The most important question for me personally relates to the future of boys. Especially what I can or want to ask you for services. Focused on the success as a young or well-trained and prepared for the trip as a year-old without much burden.
If I look at how the year-olds are doing against the old at the moment, the question arises to me whether these were already demanded to be "tough" as young animals and already have to fly too far too soon on the first flights of the current season !? About experiences in this regard, suggestions and procedures can be discussed!
Always the future (m) of a blow in the back of my mind, there should be clear ideas!
